What does a Mend Membership entail?
The Mend Membership is a monthly discounted massage subscription.
Members are billed on the 1st of each month 25% off the regular rate of their chosen session length (60, 90 or 120 minute session) and can come in at any time that month to redeem their session. Additional sessions can be purchased at that discount rate, and unused sessions roll-over to the following month.
Members also get one "guest pass" per month to share their discount with a friend or family member.
How much does a Membership cost?
Mend Members enjoy a 25% discount on regularly priced sessions. The membership dues are billed on the first of each month. The billing amout includes the cost of the session (25% off) and local taxes.
60 Minute Membership: $71.25 + tax = $76.86
90 Minute Membership: $93.75 + tax = $101.14
120 Minute Membership: $116.25 + tax = $125.41
Members can buy additional sessions at the discounted rate at time of sessions.
How and when will I be charged for my Membership?
Invoices for Mend Memberships are sent via email on the 1st of each month. You will have the option to set invoices to be autopaid or pay manually each month.
You will also be emailed a receipt when the invoice is paid.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
The last thing we want is for your self-care to become a stressor in your life. There are no contracts, time limits or restrictions. We will absolutely understand if you need to cancel or pause your membership.
We do ask that you give us at least a week before the invoice date so that we have time to cancel the membership before the billing cycle begins. To cancel your membership email firstname.lastname@example.org.
